Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are Valid from 01/05/2026 to 31/05/2028.
- All Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change with 30 days written notice and are inclusive of GST.
- Net Rates are not to be advertised or made visible to the public or customers.
- Retail Rates are not to be displayed at a discounted rate less than what is advertised by Croc Tours.
- Tour Times - details - adventures - itineraries - vehicles are subject to change by management of Croc Tour.
- Pick-Ups - travel time & drop-offs may vary due to traffic or unforeseen events such as road closures - weather conditions etc.
- Croc Tours Operates is all weather conditions. Contact will be made if Australia Zoo has to close or we deem weather too extreme to operate a tour. If this event occurs, a full refund will be granted.
- Child - meaning 3-14 years inclusive - (0-2 age is free of charge).
- Pensioner /Student must have valid concession card.
- We ask all guests to be waiting 10 minutes prior to their pick up time and at the right location.
- Croc Tours can not store or manage any disability equipment on our buses due to health and safety regulations.
Cancellation Policy:
- Croc Tours reserve the right to charge a fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of a tour scheduled start time incurs a 100% fee.
- No Show fee of 100% of tour cost applies.
- If you are running late, please notify us ASAP. 5 minutes after tour scheduled pick up time is the cut off and incurs a 100% no show fee.
- Changes to bookings may be provided dependent on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled tour start time.
- Platinum Adventure Tours - If the tour is cancelled within 3 days of the booking a 50% cancellation fee will incur.
- 5HR Caddie Tours - If the tour is cancelled with 3 days of the booking a 50% cancellation fee will incur.
